ezCater: Adding millions in GMV by improving search & ordering UX

Launched a series of search and ordering improvements that transformed ezCater’s legacy marketplace into an efficient way for customers to find the right caterer, compare menu options, and place large-scale food orders.
Used historical order data and ML to provide food order recommendations that guide customers to the most reliable options aligned with their overall cuisine, dietary, and food cost preferences.
Delivered ~$40M in annualized GMV impact by aligning UX strategy and product experience improvements with company scorecard metrics.
Launched a new search monetization model that improved CTR & CVR by ~10% by providing higher relevancy in the search experience.
ezCater: Increasing order volume with a new Slack app integration

Launched ezCater’s ordering experiences natively within workplace apps like Slack to establish ezCater as a workplace staple and move beyond a destination marketplace. Slack was first in a series of ordering experiences embedded directly within office apps like MS Teams, Google, and Robin.
Developed and led new product strategy for capturing larger share of corporate wallet via embedded ordering experiences.
Delivered 47% increase (user bookings) and 63% increase (company bookings) in the first 60 days (over existing native app and web experience).
60-day increase in post-meal order reviews with majority of their orders now being reviewed natively in Slack.
Vimeo: Driving enterprise growth with Vimeo Events live streaming

Achieved 138% growth in total enterprise viewers active on the Vimeo platform.
Grew to 250K active teams and ~1M active team members using Vimeo’s enterprise video tools.
Increased annual live stream retention 10% and CSAT 18%.

Vimeo: Doubling retention and LTV for Vimeo’s AI video editor
